Hi, I’m Aqsa – and I’m so glad you’re here!

Baking has been my happy place for as long as I can remember. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a full-blown passion—especially for cakes! I’m completely obsessed with all things cake decorating, and that’s exactly why I created these courses: to share the recipes, tips, and techniques that I’ve come to love over the years.

My goal? To make baking feel fun, easy, and totally doable—no matter where you start.

The recipes I teach have all been tested (and re-tested!) in my own kitchen, and I’ve packed them with tips I’ve learned through lots of trial and error. I truly believe that if I can do it, you can too.

So far, I’ve taught six successful baking courses on this platform. One of the most popular is Baking 101—a beginner-friendly course designed to help new bakers feel confident with the basics of baking and cake decorating. Over time, we’ve explored everything from brownies, cookies, and cheesecakes to fondant cakes, buttercream techniques and fun projects like piñata hearts. Each course has been a rewarding journey of sharing my passion and watching my students grow in their skills.

All my courses are fully pre-recorded and taught in detail, with extra care put into each recipe video to make sure nothing is left out.
